The Project
Uleidemotor.com, a motor oil and automotive products retailer, partnered with eCommerce Today to migrate their online store from a custom CMS to Shopify, aiming to improve user experience and website performance. We conducted a full UX optimization and redesign of the site, and implemented email marketing automation to engage customers. Since launch, the client has continued working with us for ongoing site optimization, digital ad campaigns, and eCommerce support.

The Process
For Uleidemotor.com, we began with a complete migration from a custom CMS to Shopify, ensuring a smooth and accurate transition of all data. Our team redesigned the website to create an optimized, user-friendly interface tailored to the automotive products market. We also set up email marketing automation using Klaviyo, establishing flows to welcome new subscribers, recover abandoned carts, and increase customer retention.
Following the successful migration, we continued to work closely with the client, offering support for SEO, digital advertising campaigns, and ongoing site enhancements to maximize performance.
Shopify Store Design
The new Shopify store for Uleidemotor.com combines a modern, responsive design with optimized navigation to provide an intuitive shopping experience for automotive customers. The client can now independently manage updates and promotions, supported by a flexible and efficient Shopify platform.
Email Automation
We implemented an email marketing automation strategy using Klaviyo, including flows for new subscriber onboarding, cart recovery, and re-engagement of existing customers. These targeted campaigns are designed to drive sales and build brand loyalty.
