The Project
Bravapet.ro, a pet supplies store, partnered with eCommerce Today to build their online presence from the ground up. We supported the client in every step, from choosing the brand name to creating the brand kit, designing the logo, establishing brand identity, and building a fully optimized Shopify store. We also implemented email marketing automation. Since launch, the client has continued working with us for ongoing site optimization, digital ad management, and eCommerce support.

The Process
For Bravapet.ro, our team started with a comprehensive branding process, assisting in the selection of a unique brand name and creating a cohesive brand identity, including a custom logo and brand kit. We then developed the Shopify site with a strong focus on user experience, functionality, and ease of navigation. Additionally, we set up automated email marketing flows to engage and retain customers.
Following the launch, eCommerce Today continued to support Bravapet.ro through regular site optimization, digital advertising campaigns, and strategic eCommerce consulting, helping the brand grow and achieve its goals.
Shopify Store Design
The new Shopify store for Bravapet.ro features a responsive, user-friendly design tailored to the pet supplies market, allowing customers to easily navigate and find products. The store is optimized for mobile, offering a seamless experience across devices, and enables the client to manage updates and promotions independently.
Email Automation
We implemented comprehensive email automation using Klaviyo, including flows for welcoming new subscribers, recovering abandoned carts, and re-engaging returning customers. These automated campaigns are designed to drive conversions and build customer loyalty.
