In 2022, Saicho Drinks, a premium sparkling tea brand, sought our expertise to redesign their website,, and implement comprehensive email marketing funnels. Their commitment to quality and innovation in the food and beverage industry prompted the need for an enhanced online presence. Following the successful completion of the initial project, Saicho Drinks signed up for recurring services. We subsequently helped them launch three new websites, expanding their reach from the UK to Hong Kong, Singapore, and Japan, with more countries on the horizon.

The Process

To revamp Saicho Drinks’ online store, we began with a detailed analysis of their existing site and competitor research. We designed a new, modern, and responsive Shopify store that enhances the user experience. Our team implemented extensive email marketing automation using Klaviyo, creating flows for new subscribers, site abandonment, browse abandonment, cart abandonment, checkout abandonment, and new customers. These flows engage customers at various stages, improving retention and conversion rates.

Following the initial success, we expanded their digital presence internationally, launching new websites tailored to the markets in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Japan, ensuring each site was optimized for local audiences.

Shopify Store Design

The new Shopify store for features a modern theme that is highly responsive and offers a significantly improved mobile experience. Built on the latest technological infrastructure, the site is much faster than the previous version. The team now enjoys the flexibility to make changes, such as updating banners and modifying the navigation structure, without needing to rely on developers. This newfound autonomy allows for quicker updates and a more dynamic online presence.
