We work with small and mid-sized Shopify brands, growth-stage companies, and larger enterprises moving to or scaling on Shopify. Our retainers start from 20 hours/month and scale up (40, 80+ hours) as your needs and revenue grow, so you always pay for a “team size” you actually use.

Will you replace our internal team?
We’re designed to extend your team, not replace it.
We fill gaps (strategy, dev, CRO, email, marketplaces, etc.) and act as a backup when someone leaves or when you’re hiring. Your internal team can stay focused on product, operations, and customer support while we handle the ecommerce stack.
Do we have to stop working with our current agencies?

Proactive work: regular audits, ideas, new flows, UX fixes, campaigns, and optimizations we propose and execute.

Reactive work: tasks you request (new pages, features, campaigns, reports, etc.), always prioritized first.
You don’t need to know “what to ask for”, we bring the to‑do list, not just the hands.
How do your retainers work? What if we don’t use all the hours?
You get a monthly block of hours (20 / 40 / 80+), plus a dedicated Account Manager who coordinates the entire team for you.

If you underuse hours, we roll them into the next month within reasonable limits.

If you need more, you can add hours or temporarily upgrade your plan.
The goal is to keep things flexible and simple while giving you predictable access to the team you wish you had in‑house.
Do you only work on retainers, or can we start with a one-time project?
Both.
Many clients start with a one‑time project (migration to Shopify, Klaviyo setup, CRO sprint, audit) so we can get to know each other and prove value. After that, most move into a retainer where we manage ongoing growth.
If you prefer one project at a time, that’s fine too. We’ll scope it clearly and deliver.
Who actually does the work? Do you send projects to freelancers?
All core work is done in‑house by our full‑time team in Europe, all fluent in English and specialized in ecommerce.
When a project needs something outside our scope (photo shoots, complex 3D, advanced video), we’re transparent about it and bring in trusted partners — with your approval.
How will we communicate day to day?
We work in English, Romanian, Italian, and Hungarian, and you’ll have one main Account Manager.

Do you offer performance-based pricing?
Yes. For performance marketing (PPC) we use a performance-linked model.
We usually start with a modest ad budget until profitability is clear, then scale. As budgets and results grow, our management fee increases in a structured way, based on spend and the channels we manage.
The better the campaigns perform, the more it makes sense for both of us to scale — it’s a win‑win.
How long have you been doing this?
Our founders, Valentina and Stefan, have been building and running ecommerce businesses since around 2010, in both Europe and the US.
They formalized their client work under the eCommerce Today brand as a full agency in 2019, and the team has since grown to several dozen full‑time specialists serving over 100 clients worldwide.
