From the moment you sign up you will be assigned an Account Manager. Their role is to help you to grow your online business by handling proactive and reactive tasks, ensuring seamless work management.
- Communication is done via emails and scheduled calls, with a 0-24h response time, Monday-Friday, 5 AM – 3 PM UTC.
- Our response time is 0-24h and our official working schedule is, Monday-Friday, 5 AM – 3 PM UTC.
- Task reports detail work done to the minute, and monthly reports provide audits and game plans. Hours are balanced monthly, and you can adjust your plan as needed. Contracts require 30-45 days’ notice.
