2.1. The EcomEssentials: Sell Returns application is engineered strictly for inventory management and revenue recovery from returned items. Consequently, we extract and host exclusively primary product data (specifically: product name, price, quantity, and SKU).

2.2. We DO NOT process, store, or request access to any personal identifiable information (PII) belonging to your end customers. This means we never collect customer names, shipping addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, or complete order histories.

2.3. For account management purposes, we retain only the Shopify administrator’s email address and name. This is utilized strictly for application setup, technical support, and billing.

4.1. eCommerce Today enforces a zero-sharing policy regarding your inventory data. We do not sell, rent, or share your product catalogs or operational metrics with any third parties.

4.2. Access to our databases is severely restricted. Only the core technical team has administrative privileges, which are exercised strictly for scheduled maintenance, performance optimizations, and technical troubleshooting.

5. Data Ownership and User Rights

5.1. You remain the absolute owner of your store and your inventory data. If you choose to uninstall the application, all configurations and product data saved by EcomEssentials: Sell Returns will be systematically deleted from our servers.

5.2. As a merchant, you reserve the right to request the immediate and manual deletion of any account-related information at any time, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
