For Buz.ro, we executed a full migration from ContentSpeed to Shopify, carefully transferring all product data, customer records, collections, and historical order information.

Once migrated, we completely redesigned the store using a premium Shopify theme, creating a clean, responsive, and conversion-oriented layout that matches Buz.ro’s brand positioning as a fast, affordable, and reliable shopping destination.

We addressed key operational pain points by implementing:

• Advanced shipping settings and custom shipping profiles for specific product types, 
• Sameday Easybox integration for convenient local delivery,
• A robust customer account area and dynamic checkout buttons for faster purchasing,
