The Project
Allmountain.ro, an outdoor fashion brand known for its extensive selection of premium gear and apparel, partnered with eCommerce Today to migrate from their custom-built platform to Shopify. The goal was to improve overall site performance, enhance the shopping experience, and streamline operational workflows—particularly in areas such as inventory management, order processing, and fulfillment.
Our team executed a full-scale migration covering all product, order, and customer data. We also implemented multi-location inventory capabilities, a dedicated return portal, advanced shipping configurations, and multiple automated email flows via Klaviyo—the result: a high-performance Shopify store built to scale with the brand’s continued growth.

The Process
Our collaboration with Allmountain.ro began with a strategic, full-scale migration to Shopify. We ensured the seamless transfer of all data—product details, order history, and customer accounts—from their legacy custom-built platform.
We designed a new online store using a premium Shopify theme, carefully selected and customized to align with Allmountain’s brand identity and aesthetic. The new design not only improved performance and mobile responsiveness but also created a more intuitive, conversion-focused shopping experience—positioning the brand for sustainable growth.
Next, we configured Shopify’s multi-location inventory system to support Allmountain’s distributed fulfillment operations, allowing efficient stock management across warehouses and enabling faster delivery to customers.
We also implemented a return portal and a fully restructured customer account experience, giving customers better control over their orders, returns, and preferences—boosting satisfaction and reducing operational overhead.
To support marketing and retention, we developed an advanced email automation system with Klaviyo, which included over 20 flows covering key stages of the customer lifecycle. Additionally, we introduced back-in-stock and preorder automation, improving stock turnover and reducing lost sales.
Finally, we integrated Shopify with Google and Facebook, enabling Allmountain to run dynamic product ads, performance marketing campaigns, and real-time tracking for better decision-making and ROAS.
