Zoomagazin.eu, a leading pet products retailer from Bulgaria, wanted to migrate from a custom-built platform to Shopify. The goal was to ensure a seamless transition of all existing data including customers, products, orders, and collections while maintaining integrations with their ERP system.
Our team coordinated the ERP integration, handled the Shopify store build, and set up the email marketing automation using Klaviyo. The project required precision and detailed planning to replicate and improve upon the advanced functionalities of their previous platform.
Phase 1: Shopify Website Build

- Store Pickup Option with automated pickup discount
- Dual Currency (EUR & BGN) compliant with local laws – applied across product pages, collections, cart, checkout, and transactional emails
- Account Reactivation Campaign – bulk invitations sent to re-engage inactive customers
- Sales Collections with predefined stock limits and automation to set products as drafts when sold out
- Discounts for Expiring Products based on expiration dates
- Pharmacy Product Template requiring customer agreement to terms and conditions before checkout
Phase 2: Klaviyo Setup
Within a month of starting our collaboration, we successfully implemented several critical email flows:

- Predefined Newsletter Templates – ensuring consistent branding and ease of future campaign creation.
