Refunds Policy

Thank you for visiting and considering using the services provided by eCommerce Today. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Services Refund Policy.

1. General Refunds Policy

Typically, our services contracts specify that payments are to be made once the client accepts the work. Once work has been accepted, we issue our invoices, and the clients pay. For this reason, we do not accept refund requests.

2. Types of services

We offer one-time services and recurring services.

One-time services are delivered within the agreed timeframe specified in the services contract. Unless stated otherwise in the services contract, once the work has been accepted by the client, we issue our invoice, the client pays, and no refunds are possible.

Recurring services are delivered over the course of a month as agreed upon in the services contract. Unless stated otherwise in the services contract, we issue our invoices at the beginning of the month for the work done in the previous month, the client pays, and no refunds are possible.

Upfront payments are not refundable.
