1. General Refunds Policy
Typically our services contracts specify that payments are to be made once the client accepts the work. Once work has been accepted we issues our invoices and the clients pay. For this reason we do not accept refund requests.
2. Types of services
We offer one-time services and recurring services.
One-time services are delivered within the agreed timeframe specified in the services contract. Unless stated otherwise in the services contract, once the work has been accepted by the client we issues our invoice, the client pays and no refunds are possible.
Recurring services are delivered over the course of a month as agreed up in the services contract. Unless stated otherwise in the services contract, we issues our invoices at the beginning of the month for the work done in the previous month, the client pays and no refunds are possible.
Upfront payments are not refundable.
