The Process

To address Suzanne Egan Academy’s needs, we started with a comprehensive redesign of the Shopify store, focusing on improving user experience and site performance. We implemented extensive SEO measures to boost organic traffic and set up email marketing automation using Klaviyo.

In addition to enhancing the e-commerce section, we developed a course calendar with time booking functionality. This automation allowed new students to pay a reservation fee online and complete the payment for the course on the premises.

Throughout the project, we provided weekly updates and scheduled biweekly calls to ensure seamless communication and progress tracking.
