The Process

To address Maxi-Pet.ro’s needs, we initiated a comprehensive strategy starting with competitor analysis and theme and app research. We migrated over 500,000 data points, ensuring no data loss, and implemented extensive SEO measures to maintain organic traffic. This included automatic redirects and manual checks of the top 1,000 indexed pages.

We integrated essential tools such as Google Search Console, Google Merchant, Bing Webmaster, 2Performant, Meta Business Manager, and Google Tag Manager. Our team also set up a comprehensive email marketing automation system using Klaviyo. Additionally, we supported their in-house team with Shopify expertise to integrate their custom ERP with Shopify Plus.

The project required a total of 6 months to ensure a smooth and comprehensive transition. During this period, we supported their team to build the ERP integration while simultaneously migrating data, creating redirects, and collaborating with their marketing team to build a new and improved website. Weekly calls, sometimes twice per week, facilitated constant communication and progress tracking. Additionally, we conducted extensive training sessions to empower their team to effectively use Shopify Plus.
